The following images of Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia were taken whilst on a three month African overland trip with Truck Africa in 1997.
This was a circular trip, starting and ending in Harare, Zimbabwe. The highlights of this first section included the magnificent Victoria Falls, exploring the Okalvango Delta in a mokoro (dugout canoe), game viewing in Etosha National Park and sandboarding down the world’s highest sandunes in Namibia. After 5 weeks on the road we finished the first section of this trip in Cape Town, South Africa. The photographs were taken using a Canon EOS 5 SLR camera and Fuji Sensia slide film (various speeds).
